The pair – who were first seen together in LA last week – looked smitten as they held hands while shopping in West Hollywood.
Paris has even been seen wearing a silver band from top jewellers Tiffany and Co. on her ring finger, according to gossip website pagesix.com.
A source close to Benji said: “He is really happy with Paris and has already been telling all his friends she is the one. He says he can really see himself ending up with her for good.”
Hotel heiress Paris met Benji through her close friend Nicole Richie, who is engaged to Benji’s brother Joel Madden.
Meanwhile, 27-year-old Paris is set to star in a new reality TV show documenting her search for a “new best friend”.
A show insider told Us Weekly magazine: “Paris is tired of the haters and she’s looking for someone new. She’s looking for someone new and cool who she can trust.
The project is expected to be picked up by either music channel MTV or VH1, and will start filming later this year.
