Hudgens’ rep says, “This was a photo which was taken privately. It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that this has become public.”
It also seems that Hudgens’ lawyers have been very busy, getting the pictures pulled from various websites such as Egotastic.com.

OBJECTION – Having seen only one nude photo so far, it looks like the rest of these are fakes. Just look at the discrepancies between the room (whether it be lack of curtains, pillows appearing from nowhere, or that thing that should be hanging on the wall). The real pic actually looks cute and sweet, but this fabrications and whoever made them piss me off with their lack of honor.
The rest are fake? How? Just because of some tiny little differences, like the pillows? C’mon, couldn’t have the others been done at another time, or maybe, when she took the actual nude, she decided to put the curtain behind her, for whatever reason, then? You sounded pretty stupid in your comment there, not taking things like that into consideration. A little THINKING could go a long way. Give more substantial, and possibly REAL, evidence, and maybe you look so dumb. Unless you do that, just shut up and quit your bitching over it.
Vanessa Hudgens is a beautiful girl, and the nude picture floating around is incredible, but she is far too young to be trying to get publicity this way. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve looked at the picture a number of times now and I like it, and while I agree that a role-model can still make mistakes this is pretty ludicrous. What gets me is that when I was 18, my girlfriends were doing stuff like this, and it wasn’t a big deal. Is there a way to stop it? Is there a way to make it seem like this is not so socially acceptable?

it was her own personal business and the person she trusted to take the pictures did her wrong and posted them without her permission.
